Project Kick-Off in Warsaw

On time for PERUN's project start in October 2025, all 17 partners met for a collective kick-off meeting in Warsaw at the National Research Institute Poland (NASK).

The kick-off lasted for 2 days, which were full of successful workshops and productive discussions. We collectively talked about the project's goals, milestones, work packages as well as communication plans. Another focus lay on the ethical aspects of the project.

Using the method of "world cafés", the participants discussed five different use cases and overall scenarios where different technical requirements and data needs were formulated.

In general, the dissemination strategy and communication plan as well as the rules were decided. Aside from that, the deliverables and work packages throughout the project were set.

It was a very productive and efficient beginning for the project! We are looking forward to a fruitful collaboration and to achieving our ambitious goals together over the coming years.
